Their family have left the roost, and they are proud grandparents. Until retirement, Darrel hadn’t found the time to pursue his passion for Australian history, research or writing. As well as writing, Darrel is a keen fisherman, lawn bowler and golfer. He loves being surrounded by family and friends, and along with Helen visits Adelaide and Darwin to see his grandchildren as often as possible.view less
