As she grew older, her love of reading and writing continued to flourish and she was ecstatic when she landed her dream job in a library! Unfortunately, that career was short lived. As it turns out, the library didn't appreciate paying employees whose noses are buried in books instead of working.
Darly’s big break came when she entered her first novella into a writing competition. To her great surprise, her story won and she was awarded a publishing contract through Kensington Publishing Corp.
