Experience and knowledge for her books came in part by living for many years with her husband and two sons in the ranching community in Humboldt County, Nevada. Now a remediation tutor and piano teacher in Winnemucca, Nevada. Jan enjoys working with children. Her love and understanding of horses are obvious when she and her husband provide horse clinics, lessons, and training.
Jan has many publishing credits for both fiction and nonfiction articles and short stories.view less
