Settling in Hermosa Beach, California to raise her family, she drew upon her musical roots and her meditation practice to co-found White Light Sounds, a sound bath and meditation business. Kristin incorporates many high vibrational instruments in her sound baths, including gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flute, chimes, frame drum, shruti box, tongue drum, and vocal toning. Kristin compliments her sound bath practice as a meditation instructor and retreat and workshop facilitator; and as a Reiki Master, she infuses all of her healing modalities with universal healing energy.
