Her education was acquired through the parochial system in the Archdiocese of Washington, D.C. After graduation from Notre Dame Academy, she attended and graduated Clarion State College, Clarion, Pennsylvania receiving Bachelor of Science degrees in the fields of Communications and Education. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Arts degree in Biblical Studies with a concentration in the Old Testament.
One of God’s gifts to Marcia was “Just Like A Lady” charm and etiquette program for girls aged 5 to 18 which has incorporated a Rights of Passage program for women of all ages.
