Her poem Butterfly was featured in the America Library of Poetry's 2013 collection, Discovered. She began writing books at the age of ten and has been practicing the craft ever since. Monique attends the University of Washington under an Oceanography major and lives with her boyfriend, cat, and three lizards in Washington State.view less
