The title of her first book, Leading Ladies Get Turned Up For Jesus, is critical personally because her character as a young woman was designed by a village of southern women. She was raised by her single mother, Emma L. Wright, and her late grandmother, Gloria D. Ling. The book is a reflection of her past insecurities and how she overcame each level in order to become a strong Christian woman. As a child, she struggled with the lack of affection and love from her father. The struggle has paved the way for this book through various scenes of transformation. The book uncovers the valley of triumphs in order to help other young women discover their identity and purpose by accepting Jesus Christ as their spiritual Father.view less
