He has worked in several hospitals like the general hospital Benin City, general hospital Damaturu, international hospital Kano and Silgrey Royal Hospital Awka to mention a few. Apart from his medical practice in the hospital he has also carried out several health promotion programs in his community and attended several medical trainings, workshops and conferences in Nigeria and beyond. Currently he is the acting director of health services at the Federal University Lafia, Nasarawa State Nigeria, where he has been involved in programs aimed at promoting and protecting the health and wellbeing of members of this university community.
Having acquired huge experience in the healthcare industry and having known the health issues that pose serious challenges to a large proportion of the population, he has been motivated to write this book on Stress Management and Wellness.
