I am a young African American woman with two beautiful daughters and a son on the way. I have a loving and beautiful sister by the name of Veronica Edmond. My mother’s name is Sheila Edmond. I have an AA degree in liberal arts. I am a once-published author of the book Fire Child: Poetry from the Heart of a Black Woman. I am passionate about writing poetry, with much of my inspiration derived from the great Maya Angelou and Langston Hughes. One of my favorite hobbies/pastimes is playing poker.
