She currently lives in Sun City, Arizona with her husband, Bruce, and Sheba, their adorable Pomeranian.
Katie and her husband, Kurt, owned a small business in Colorado Springs, Colorado for 26 years before retiring. Her newest pursuit with her sister, Karen, is the creation of a whimsical story for the bedtime reading of young children. The illustrations are original computer paintings. Katie and Kurt spend their summers caring for the wild birds, their pond trout and a multitude of hummingbirds that migrate to their cabin in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.view less
