He is the youngest of ten children. Growing up in B-more for “Be More Careful” because of the street life. After graduating from Carver Vocational Technical High, he joined the US Army and traveled the world. After military life returning to Baltimore, MD & New Canton, VA with his parent before God call them home to Glory. God’s Holy Spirit called Paul Cabell to be His Minister for Father God and Christ Jesus in 1998. Being the true vessel for God’s Trinity; now in 2023 leads God Is First & #1 Ministry under the authority from the Office of God’s Holy Spirit. All Glory To Father God Always! Amen.view less
