In her early twenties, she met and married her husband, a now-retired navy pilot. As a twenty-year Navy wife, she has navigated many ups and downs, learning the importance of perseverance in the face of difficulty. During her unexpected struggle with infertility, God revealed an incredible truth, and that message is the basis for Angels in Our Room.
In addition to writing, GL is a real estate agent with a love for interior design, antiques, and travel. As a graduate of Mississippi State University, GL takes game days seriously as she cheers on the Bulldogs from her home in Franklin, Tennessee.
