He relocated to Alaska with his wife where they built a log home and he learned to fly. Ron retired from the Alaska Department of Corrections and did a stint as a security officer on the Alyeska Pipeline. Now he spends his free time fishing and building furniture for friends. He's quick to say, "Alaksa has been my home for over 50 years. I'll never tire of its beauty."view less
