In his position as a reporter, Mr. Sipes has visited and reported on Ukraine, Russia, Iraq, Kurdistan, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Oman, Republic of Georgia and Somalia. He has published one book in Canada and authored numerous articles in a variety of journals.
