This is where they have lived for the last 57 years, raising their daughter years ago and forming many neighborhood friendships. Calvin has enjoyed his work in the field of Education for most of this time, beginning as an elementary teacher and eventually becoming a school coordinator, moving on to becoming an elementary school vice principal and then principal. Along the way, in 1997, he obtained his Doctor of Education from Pepperdine University. Calvin wrote this book to share his many experiences of his personal and educational lives, hoping to motivate others at the beginning of their journeys. He is currently retired, however keeps busy with his hobbies including numerous walks in his neighborhood, chatting with his neighbors, teaching church classes and staying involved with other church activities.view less
