Ryan Joseph Braun was born on November 17, 1983, in Mission Hills, California. He is a standout right-handed left fielder for Major League Baseball's Milwaukee Brewers. Personal Life

Ryan Braun's religious background is often a subject of conversation. Braun was born in Mission Hills, Los Angeles. He grew up in a very close family that included a mix of religions. His mother, Diane, is Catholic, but his father, Joe, is Jewish. Despite the mixed parents, Ryan considers himself Jewish. On this topic, in a 2007 interview, he said:
