Pastor Dennis Williams
Greetings my name is Pastor Dennis and welcome to Answers to Life. The Scriptures affirm in the Book of Acts 2:1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. My motto is "The Power is in the Pew". Moreover, my vision as a Pastor is to inspire the Body of Christ through the Word of God to find answers for their lives and not to depend totally upon the Pastor but on Jesus Christ. This inspiration includes knowing the Word of God through the Power of the Holy Spirit and acting on the Word of God. Jesus has called me over the last 30 plus years to teach and preach the full Gospel message under the anointing of His Love. We are living in the last final days and the laborers are few. The Body of Christ must fulfil the mandate of the Great Commission in Matthew 28:16–20, to "Go into all the world and make disciples". We at Answers to Life are depending on the Power of the Holy Spirit and the Name of Jesus Christ to fulfil all that God has set before us. Answers to life's mission: 1) To teach and preach the Word of God to reach the family unit and all walks of life so that many will "come as they are" and repent and believe on Jesus Christ. Matthew 11:28: Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 2) To lead God's people into holy and righteous living in the eyes of God and to trusting and obeying God through His Word. Psalms 145:17: The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works. 3) To reach a lost and dying World through evangelism, missions and demonstrating the Love and Power of Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2:10: For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. 4) To train and develop young and old Full Gospel ministers for the Lord Jesus Christ so that the Gospel can be multiplied across the world. Luke 10:2: Therefore, said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest. 5) To set the captive free: spiritually, mentally and physically. 30 Deliverance Sermon Seeds -Sermon Helps for the Active Pastor - Pastor Dennis Williams
Introduction
Knowing the Word of God is the responsibility of every Born Again Christian. A Christian must know who God has placed them under and always test the spirits to see if they be of God. The study of the Bible is not just for a Pastor, Teacher and Evangelist, but for every person that confesses Jesus Christ as their Savior. Christians must always stay within the doctrinal foundations of the Word of God, lest they begin to follow another Jesus and another Gospel. As the days grow darker, the Bible says that there will be a famine in the land for the Word of God. These starter sermons or
sermon seeds" are not only for the Pastor, Teacher or Evangelist but are also just for a person that wants to have a guide or some inspiration coupled with the Word of God to enhance their studies. May the Lord Bless you and strengthen you in His Holy Word.
Seed#1 The Christian Victory in Spiritual Warfare
Ecclesiastes 12:14: For God shall bring every work into judgment with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
Zechariah 3:2: And the Lord said unto Satan, The Lord rebuke thee, O Satan; even the Lord that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?
The Bible shows that there are fierce battles fought in the Spirit realm daily by the forces of darkness that we cannot see with our naked eye. This is a fact that remains a mystery for many growing Christians, although for the spiritually mature this may appear elementary. The truth is that because man is a spirit being living in a physical body, he often finds it hard to contend with forces that are not visible to the naked eye. However, these forces do exist, and the sooner a Christian acknowledges this, the better it is for him or her.
If a person understands what their enemy is made of , then fighting this enemy becomes easier. However, Christians must get the fact in their heart that the enemy is not made of flesh and blood. When this mere fact is revealed to the heart of a person , their battles will become lighter. Otherwise there will be no peace in the heart and mind of the Christian and a constant struggle going on in the mind.
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh (2 Corinthians 10:3)
My favorite scripture of all time is:
For we wrestle not against FLESH and BLOOD, but against PRINCIPALITIES, against POWERS, against the RULERS OF THE DARKNESS OF THIS WORLD, against SPIRITUAL WICKEDNESS IN HIGH PLACES. (Emphasis added, Ephesians 6:12)
When we look at this scripture we can clearly see that human beings are not the ones that should be the object of our battle. Our true enemy are the unseen entities that seek to take us to hell with them.
Many Christians are too busy praying against human beings. If a human being dies with repenting and giving Jesus Christ their heart and life they will go to hell for an eternity. Is this truly what we want when we pray? Is not the goal of Christianity to win lost souls and get to heaven to be with Jesus. We must pray against the evil spirits and not against people. When we pray against people we are actually bringing a demonic attack against these people and thereby creating a demonic warfare. Can you see that this is doing the work of the Devil. A lot of Christians pray in ignorance out of rebellion and some pray this way because they have not been taught the proper way to pray.
Your victory in Christ is when you know your actual battles. The Bible says that … "the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds (2Corinthians 10:4).
We must know the enemy or He (the Devil) will get an advantage over us!

Seed#2 We have Authority from the Word of God to Minister Deliverance
The Lord Jesus Christ came to destroy the works of the Devil. The Lord intended for believers to have the authority that He walked with on this earth against the powers of Hell.
1 John 3:8: He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
Luke 4:18 declares: The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.
In Luke 4:18 Jesus was quoting Old Testament scripture of Isa 61:1-2. These scriptures declare the ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ.
In the Word of God we also see that Jesus gathered the twelve disciples and gave them authority to cast out devils and to heal all disease and sickness.
Matt 10:1: And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.
The authority to move in the power that Jesus delegated
