You turn your back on the railway station, Butterfield Church is the last building on your left as you head out of town. I haven’t set foot in it ever since I had a disagreement with Reverend Bartlett a few years back, but I’m usually sitting outside my store, smoking my pipe when service ends, so I get to see all them folk pouring through its doors and onto the street, the ladies all squawking and flapping away like so many parrots or macaws or whatever, and some of them as brightly colored as parrots too.
