Did Someone Say Bacon? - Karma Senge

    Introduction

Welcome everyone to a new Vegan Nightmares recipe collection. I have been so excited about this book that I honestly have not slept at night for the past week just thinking about the release of this book.

This book is a collaboration between myself and my entire family like always. BUT unlike our last book, this one has some structure. Our last book Paleo Winter Recipes was a great book with some amazing recipes in it, but this one is going to be better. Why, BACON!

So What Exactly Is This Cookbook About?

That is a great question that I received the other day from a friend of mine who can't grasp the concept that people need cookbooks. His idea is that you just go out to eat and order whatever they have on the menu. I told him that most people prefer to cook there meals. Especially those of us on the Paleo diet.

We want our food natural and organic. If we just go to any restaurant we have no idea where the food came from or how long it had been sitting back in the kitchen. I don't know about you, but that stuff is pretty important to me.

And often times when we cook a lot we tend to run out of ideas to spice up our tastebuds. That is the reason for cookbooks.

In this cookbook I have come up with some mouthwatering recipes that include BACON. Everyone loves BACON, as do I. We have Bison recipes, and fish, and side dishes, and even sauces and toppings that all include that marvelous meat, BACON..

If you can't find a recipes in this book to tied you over for another 6 months of cooking, something is seriously wrong with you.

    Just Kidding! ;)

And unlike a lot of cookbooks out there, every single recipe in this one has been tried and tested. I have personally eaten every single one of them multiple times. And not just me, by my family, friends, and even some of you. Some of these recipes have even been submitted on our website by our awesome followers.

And if you have not yet gone to our website yet, What are you waiting for. VeganNightmares.com

    Well, I hope you enjoy.

    My Paleo Story

Boy oh Boy, where do I start?

A few years back I kind of let myself go. I was working 15-17 hour days 7 days per week and rarely had time to even eat let alone prep a good meal.
