I really liked this story - it's my favorite of my impromptu J.M. Snyder/J. Thomas brought to you by Smashwords sale short story-athon. Snyder has a way with words, I think s/he writes poetry too and I could really see that in the way sentences were structured. There were some damn fine phrases in this books that painted beautiful pictures. So not what I expected from the blurb. I really need to read a Snyder novel. Cos these short stories are excellent. Imagine what s/he can do with more words!
