The Time Machine Trick
While searching for her golden bracelet, Rebecca, a 12 year-old girl who had yellow hair, blue eyes and was wearing a pink t-shirt and red skirt and who had two red ribbons in her hair, kept running aimlessly around the big park that she had lost it in, and also looking for the bracelet was her friend, Sylvester, who was also 12 years old. He had brown hair, brown eyes and was wearing a dark blue hoody and black trousers. They had been searching for it for about an hour, but were having no luck.
‘I’m sure I dropped my bracelet in this park!’ Rebecca screamed while tears were flowing out of her eyes. ‘I’m sorry, Sylvester. That bracelet you gave me must have cost a fortune. Please forgive me!’
‘It’s not your fault, Rebecca!’ Sylvester said while hugging his friend. ‘Even if we don’t find it, I’ll give you something that’s just as cool, if not even cooler!’
‘Oh, thank you!’ Rebecca said while a smile was trying to form on her face.

Suddenly, the duo heard a voice coming from quite close by…
‘So, you sure this time machine works, sir?’ a boy who looked like he was in his late teens, and who had yellow hair, yellow eyes, and was wearing a yellow cape, yellow jeans, yellow shades and yellow shoes asked a man who looked like he was possibly in his early twenties.
‘Well, there’s only one way to find out!’ the man, who had dark blue hair, dark blue eyes, and was wearing a dark blue cape, dark blue jeans, dark blue shades and dark blue shoes, responded while quickly pushing the guy into the time machine. ‘Heh, heh, heh! This time machine will be the death of this stupid island!’
‘Look over there, Sylvester!’ Rebecca yelled in a frightened tone of voice as she pointed over to the group of four men by the time machine. ‘What are they doing with that thing?’
‘Wait a minute!’ Sylvester suddenly shouted as he witnessed one of the men accidentally kicking a small object into the time machine. ‘Is that…? Rebecca, we’re going into that time machine!’
‘What?!’ Rebecca responded with a look of astonishment in her eyes. ‘But why?’
‘You’ll see. Just hold my hand and run as fast as you can!’
Just as Sylvester and Rebecca were about to run, they noticed a weird light coming from the time machine.
‘What’s happening over there?’ Sylvester wondered as he gazed at the time machine. ‘That thing’s going crazy! Hmph! At any rate, we must go inside that thing! Let’s do this thing!’

Sometime later, in the year ?????...
‘I thought you said that we were going back to our normal time, Donald?’ one of the men asked the boss of the squad in a confused tone of voice.
‘Listen up, Huntley!’ Donald responded with a slight look of disappointment in his eyes. ‘Ahem, the time machine messed up the time. So, yeah, not quite sure where we are now, but rest assured that we have at least destroyed one era! Now then, what we do have though will prove just as essential in this era as we wipe out whatever lives here! We can now make androids with ease and speed with this most devastating weapon!’
‘You think that bracelet is worth anything, Harry?’ another group member, who had red hair, red eyes, and was wearing a red cape, red jeans, red shades and red shoes asked Harry, who was standing with his orange cape blowing in the gentle breeze.
‘Doubt it, Ignatius,’ Harry replied as he tossed the golden bracelet onto the ground.
‘Where’d you find it, anyway?’ Ignatius asked in a curious tone of voice.
‘It was in the time machine,’ Harry responded with a look of puzzlement. ‘I have no clue how it got there, however. Obviously somebody must have dropped it, or something.’
‘We have to move out!’ Donald ordered his minions. ‘We have work to do!’
‘Yessir!’ everybody said in unison.

A few minutes later, right after exiting the time machine…
‘Where is this place?’ Rebecca asked Sylvester, while looking around.
‘I have no idea,’ Sylvester responded with a look of bamboozlement in his eyes.
‘Wanna trade one of your red ribbons for a golden bracelet?’ a random brown snake asked Rebecca while smiling. ‘I just found this a second ago! I would consider it to be quite rare, and in used condition. (Sniff) Yes, definitely used. So, whaddya say?’
‘That snake just talked?’ Rebecca asked Sylvester while staring at the snake with a look of
