Gruesome murders have been popping up all over the greater metropolitan area, but that's par with big city life. However, an FBI profiler has been dispatched to a small town beyond the outskirts of the city after a victim of the serial killer turns up near a playground. I've been writing poetry since the age of 8. My first one was published in Highlights Magazine under a pen name. I started writing features for Spotlight on Recovery Magazine, based in New York, in 2004. Currently, I'm writing the prequel to Monkey. Most of my poetry is rather dark and sometimes a bit abrasive and offensive. I use whatever is necessary to take the reader into my mindset of the time in order to tell my story. Sometimes life's not all pretty and flowery. I'm a wife & mother with very few hobbies due to illness. Writing has become my world.
