Be Who You Are: The Greatest Gift of All

You are a Unique and Special human being. You are a gift to this world. Believe that YOU ARE SPECIAL because you are. Surround yourself with people who know you, love you and continually remind you that YOU make a difference in their lives. Love, accept and appreciate YOU so that you can love, accept and appreciate others. We all want to be loved for who we are. Be YOU love will find you. Realize that what is easy for you may be difficult for others. Don't try to change to please anyone else. Instead, educate others about what you know that may be just what they need to learn. Listen to your own thoughts, pay attention to your body sensations, and trust your own inner knowing. Everyone wants to be loved and seen, heard and acknowledged. If someone hurts, betrays or ignores you, please realize that this person needs love more than you can imagine. Just remember this: If someone feels loved and loving they would have no need to hurt anyone else. Love yourself. Accept yourself. Appreciate yourself. And surround yourself with people who love themselves and are able to share their love with you.

Everyone wants to be loved and seen, heard and acknowledged. If someone hurts, betrays or ignores you, please realize that this person needs love more than you can imagine. Just remember this: If someone feels loved and loving they would have no need to hurt anyone else. Love yourself. Accept yourself. Appreciate yourself. And surround yourself with people who love themselves and are able to share their love with you.

Your past does not determine your future. If someone hurt you in the past - if your family did not provide the love you needed, if you have been abused, neglected or abandoned – put that in the past and find a way to change your beliefs about YOU. If you have been made to feel unworthy in any way, look around you and help somebody who needs something that you can give. If you help just one other person, then you will know that YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

You are worthy of love, you deserve to be happy and enjoy life, no matter what you have done in the past. Today is a new day. Find someone who can help you to overcome whatever has hurt you in the past. Re-discover who you are now. Your life has meaning. Don’t ever forget that. Stop pretending to be something you are not and find a way to express the true you. BE YOU. The world needs you.

No one else can tell you how to think, feel or behave. How does any other person know what caused your mind to think the way it does? Why do you try to change yourself to create some image or to please someone else? Be who you are. That is the greatest gift you can offer to yourself and to everyone else. Find love by being YOU. Love YOU.
Become the best YOU that you can be. Discover what you like and don’t like about yourself. Decide how you want your life to be, how you want others to treat you, how you want to feel, and how you would like your days to be. Observe yourself as if from a distance. Observe the attitudes and behaviors of others. Let go of any thoughts, beliefs or behaviors that prevent you from getting what you want. Develop new thought patterns to match the way you want your life and your world to be.
Do you want that man to love you? Do you want that woman to be attracted to you? Be who You Are and become the highest version of yourself. Be Confidant about YOU. You were born into this body, with these genes, in this gender, with these racial features, in this family, and in this part of the world. Why would you want to change yourself to create some image that you think would please someone else? BE WHO YOU ARE. That is the greatest gift you can offer to yourself and to everyone else. Find love by being YOU. Love YOU.
