Hanna and Paige have been the best of friends since first grade.  Now, in their senior year in high school, they will graduate in a few weeks.  They reminisced about their vanishing childhood as they planned their futures.

They’d been good friends for a long time because they had so much in common.  Like many teenagers, they were in a hurry to be independent and out on their own.

Hanna always fought with her mother, although she did have a reasonably close relationship with her father.  Hell, she felt sorry for him.  If her mother wasn’t yelling at her, her mom was yelling at him.  Although strict, she knew her dad only wanted the best for her.
