Life Mastery

Congratulations on buying a copy of this book. You are now part of the team of people who are shaping the world to be a better place to live in, a place cherished by all.
Each one of us is born to win and lead a peaceful and successful life, but somehow we have conditioned our minds to accepting a mediocre life as our destiny.
Have you ever asked this question as to why violence, hatred, communal clashes, harassment, abuse and war always exist in the world? Life is short, nothing is permanent, and nothing belongs to anyone in this world. Yet negative expressions, such as the ones listed above, seem to exist perpetually.
Life has become an unhealthy race that everybody wants to win, not through fair means, but by pulling each other down. The loser does not appreciate the winner’s capabilities and does not focus on sharpening his skills to compete in the race and succeed in life. Instead, he gets depressed, frustrated, and develops jealousy and hatred.
Is this the kind of world we want to leave behind for our family and posterity? We are indebted to give our future generations a world of peace, joy, wealth, health and abundant happiness.
We all want to be successful but fail to learn what success is. Is success accumulating wealth, achieving fame and power, or excelling in academics? Or is it enjoying a healthy life and having a happy family?
What is success? Success is mastering life. It is the art of balancing the components of life.
We are the world and if we want a world of peace, love and ecstasy, a world free from jealousy and hatred, we have to change ourselves first. We have to sow the seeds of positive thoughts, feelings, and actions. We have to remove all negativities from our minds and build a fence around us to protect us from all evils. When we change, our family changes; when our family changes, our society changes; when our society changes, the community changes; when the community changes, the nation changes; and when the nation changes, the whole world changes. When the world changes, it is for the betterment of you, me, our children and the entire human race.
The art of mastering life is the change you bring to the self. It is the art of nurturing the seven gardens of life.
Garden 1: Health
Garden 2: Wealth
Garden 3: Relationships
Garden 4: Spirituality
Garden 5: Time
Garden 6: Career
Garden 7: Emotions
The seven gardens of life are the seven components of life on which we live. All our thoughts and actions are centered on these components.
The gardens of the life have to be fertile with several kinds of flowers blossoming and filling the world around with the colours of joy and the fragrance of peace and success.
The garden’s soil is our subconscious mind in which we have to sow the seeds of the flowers we desire. We have to nurture the plants that grow from these seeds, so that beautiful flowers blossom. We can then enjoy the beauty of these flowers forever, through our conscious mind.

Way to gardening

Like all great activities, gardening is both a science and an art. The first requisite is fertile soil to sow the seeds of the plants we desire to grow in our garden. After sowing the seeds, we have to ensure there is adequate sunlight and water to nurture the plants. We must also protect the plants from negative elements to grow a colourful garden.
The art of gardening
The tools required to grow the garden of life are as follows:
1. The subconscious mind is the soil.
2.The seeds are the positive thoughts that we sow.
3.Just like plants need adequate sunlight and water to nurture them, we must cultivate positive thoughts in our mind.
4.Protection against negative thoughts.
5.Practising life lessons consciously and revising them at regular intervals.
In our pursuit to master the art of life, we must sow the seeds of affirmation in the soil of our mind.
For any action or thought to get absorbed in us and become our habit or way of life, we need to work on it for a minimum of 66 days.
This book will guide you through certain principles and affirmations, which have to be written for 66 days. However, taking into consideration time constraints, it is suggested that you write the affirmations for
