What’s it about?
Creativity is the force that pushes humanity to innovate, design, and create brand-new things the world has never seen before. It’s a resource that pushes the boundaries of art, science, entertainment, and every other aspect of life, bringing revolutionary changes to an otherwise unchanging society. But, like any resource, it can sometimes run out. What happens when a person’s creative energy fades away? How can they get it back? To learn this, we need to look at the examples of the creative geniuses of our time, and few organizations can hold that title better than Pixar.

They’re known for their commitment to imagination and their seemingly endless creativity, but there was a time early in the studio’s history when that legendary creativity was in jeopardy.
So how do the writers, animators, and other talented employees at Pixar stay as creative and driven as they are year after year? The difference is in the culture. A bad work culture can sap a person’s creativity, while a great one lets it flourish. Creativity
