    Jesus Christ’s brief biography

Long, long ago, when the Jewish religion was predominant, the priests of that religion were very wicked in many ways exploiting the ignorant people around. They preached that their holy scriptures said that people should not nurture any love for their enemies, but should hate them.  Besides this, there were innumerable irregularities practiced by the Jewish priests.

At that juncture, a child was born in a Jewish carpenter’s family living in the village, Nazareth. It was Mary, the damsel, who gave birth to the child. This child, named Jesus Christ, even before entering into his teens, was so mature that his knowledge about God and religion were superb being far above average and definitely more than that the Jewish priests possessed.  In short, he grew into an extraordinary youth.  Even when he was just a youth of twenty, he went into a jungle and fasted for forty days, as a result of which he discovered the truly religious path and principles that humans should follow.

Reaching back home, he started preaching to the people that they should shed hatred from their hearts and should love even their enemies.  Of all his teachings, the most important one that he taught the people of his village was, Do to others only those things you would like them to do to you

Inherently, he possessed healing power and miraculously cured many men and women affected by various sicknesses and he was capable of exorcising evil spirits too from the affected persons.  There were occasions when he brought back even dead men to life.

He informed the people that the world had grown wicked but God had been so kind and considerate to them.  He had been so loving and compassionate as to forgive them all, if they really felt sorry for their misdeeds and repented of them honestly.  Because of his sincerity he became very popular and people flocked to him in their thousands to listen to his harangues on God and religion.  In fact people came to listen to him from distant places.  As a result, the Jewish priests became apprehensive of losing their hold on people due to the increasing popularity of  Jesus Christ.  Consequently, they started hating him and scheming to do away with him by some conspiracy.  They complained to the Roman Governor that he was saying things that were against Jewish principles and requested him to punish him, but the Governor rejected their appeal saying that he did not find anything in his preaching to justify his arrest.  Ultimately, the Jewish priests decided to act according to their original plan of conspiracy to kill Jesus Christ.  Accordingly they bribed one, Judas, a close associate and disciple of Jesus Christ to capture him.  Judas agreed due to his greed for money and cunningly captured Jesus Christ.  The Jewish priests produced him before the Governor who yet did not find any justification to arrest and punish him.  But the Governor was pressurized into ordering the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.  Yet Jesus Christ did not say anything to plead his case.  He chose to keep mum uttering not a word in self-defense.  So, he was crucified.

Thus, Jesus Christ sacrificed his life for the sin of mankind.  Nevertheless his disciples continued his mission relentlessly and started to spread the message of Jesus Christ throughout the length and breadth of the world.

    Their mission still continues.
