ONE

Brock Wilkins took a long deep pull of his beer and an even longer stare at the little hottie showing off across the courtyard. His apartment building was built like a big square, with a big, park-like courtyard in the middle. All the units either had porches or balconies facing inward. He leaned on the wrought iron rail of his balcony, watching.

He didn't even know the girl's name. She was about twenty, he figured. Young, but old enough to have a place of her own. She liked wearing skimpy little skirts and flirty dresses. She liked keeping her windows open. She liked showing off through them. She was prancing around in a little pink panty and bra set and showing off. She had a lot to show off. Tan, toned, with plenty of graceful feminine curve above and below. She turned heads wherever she went. She was bobbing her head, presumably to music, and her long, brown ponytail swayed to the unheard beat.

What a little brat, the big man chuckled to himself. He tossed the empty beer bottle into the aluminum can next to him and pulled another bottle from his cooler.
