p04Note: For the sake of simplicity, I’ll be using a dentist as a reference when giving examples throughout the book.
According to a Pew Research study 85% of US adults use the internet, a lot wouldn’t you say? However, when we narrow it down even further the study also reveals that 96% of college graduates are online in addition to 96% of those with incomes of 75K or more!
All told, that’s a lot of people online! And you know what? They’re all doing one thing, consuming information, and their doing so at a rapid pace that shows no signs of slowing.
You might be asking yourself, What types of information?
Well let’s start with the 5 Ws:
Who – Who is Dr. Soandso?
What – What is periodontal disease?
Why – Why do I need a yearly dental check-up?
When – When should I see a dentist for a toothache?
Where – Where is Dr. Soandso located?
