About this ebook

Gus Balfour has lived with his “shortcomings” all his life. He’s been picked on, made fun of, and obviously had problems in the bedroom. But through the years, he’s learned other ways to please the ladies. Or so he thought. When his girlfriend leaves because he simply doesn’t have enough to give, he decides it’s time to take matters into his own hands…or well, maybe a surgeon’s.

After learning about the complications and exorbitant costs that go along with the surgical enhancement, he thinks all hope is lost. But a name and number left by his housekeeper could change his life.

Syan isn’t the old, wrinkly witch he was expecting, but she quickly proves there’s no job too big, or too small, when you’ve got the magic touch.

Every Little Thing She Does is Magic - Linda Mooney

    Chapter 1

What’s with the long face, Gloomy Gus?

A hand slammed into his back, between the shoulder blades, knocking the breath out of him and almost making him spill his drink. Gus Balfour glared at his best friend as the man took the stool next to him. A bartender came up, got the newcomer’s order, and left.

You know I hate it when you call me that, he snapped.

Eric grinned. Then wipe that expression off your face and I won’t. He immediately dropped the attitude. Seriously, dude. Why’d you call me to come meet you here?

Gus heaved a sigh. How long have we been best friends?

Eric snorted. You’re kidding, right? Is this about me?

No, no. Gus waved a dismissive hand. Just answer the question.

Since second grade. You and I alternated sitting in the corner in Mrs. Duncan’s room. Why are you asking?

Eric, in all those years, how come you never made fun of my dick?

Eric thanked the bartender for his beer and motioned to Gus. Put it on his tab. The barkeep glanced at Gus, who gave a nod. After a couple of swigs, the man cleared his throat. Hey, bro, there are some things you don’t kid about with your best friend.

But you’d thought about it, Gus almost accused.

Hell yeah. Lots of times. But I also know how sensitive you are about your schnitzel. That, and I saw how the other guys ragged you when we were growing up. If I remember correctly, I even got cold-cocked a couple of times in the locker room at high school because I defended you.

Yeah, you did, and I’ve never forgotten.

But, if I remember correctly, you found a way to overcome that little problem.

Gus groaned, rolling his eyes. You had to say that.

We’re best bros. I’ve earned the right, Eric returned. You know, there were times I envied you. You came up with ways to compensate. I don’t think I’d ever have the patience and persistence to learn what you did.

If you were in my shoes, you would. Trust me, you would because you would’ve had no other choice. Like I didn’t.

Sooo, I’m figuring this little chat has something to do with your, uhh, shortcomings?

This time Gus socked him in the deltoid. Hard. Eric winced and grabbed his upper arm.

Gus returned to his longneck. Caron left me.

Aww, geez, man. I’m sorry. I thought you and her…

    Yeah. Me, too.

They drank in companionable silence for a while. Gus ordered another round and they both dug into the bowl of pretzel bits.

Eric, I’m thinking of biting the bullet and going to see a surgeon.

You mean, like a boob enhancement, except for cocks?

Yeah. I got an appointment with a Dr. Ogilvy on Thursday. And it’s called penile enhancement surgery.

But you’ve looked into that before. You decided not to do it because of all the complications that were tied to it. What changed your mind? Caron?

    She mentioned it.

She left you because you wouldn’t go through with it?

No, no. Gus shook his head. She left because I waffled. She left because she was tired of me using a dildo on her and not myself. She left because…because…

Because you got a three-inch dick. Eric moved away to keep from being socked again. When Gus remained hunched dejectedly over his bottle, he resumed his seat. What about all those special things you learned to do with your mouth and hands? I thought that was working with her.

They were enough…in the beginning. But after a couple of months, she wanted more. She wanted to feel me in her. Me, not a piece of plastic.

Eric shook his head and belched. Man, that sucks. I feel for you. So, is that why you called and asked me to meet you here? To tell me Caron left you, and that you were going to see a surgeon about adding some length to your schwanz?
