Do you have moments when you feel that your life is not what you wanted to be.​

All that you are is the result of what you have thought. If you are a happy person, the only reason is that you dwell on happy thoughts. ​

If you are miserable, because you dwell on weaken, and disempowering thoughts. Whether you are fearful or fearless, foolish or wise, troubled or untroubled, the cause lies within yourself.​

You may ask what about circumstances? Do they have any effect on the mind?​

The answer is that circumstances can only affect you as long as you allow them to do so. If the circumstances had the power to bless or harm, so why in the same circumstances one person can become successful, and the other person experiences failure and defeat. Good or bad is not in the circumstances, but only in the mind of the person who encounters it. ​

By realizing this fact, you must begin to control your thoughts, to discipline your mind. As you do this you will become joyful, strong, happy, healthy, and compassionate.

I’m not a psychologist, or psychiatrist, or a self help guru. I’m a person who is here to share with you the techniques that works for me. ​
