Introduction
If you're new to the joys of book marketing, the term launch team, may be a foreign concept for you. It's also referred to as a review team or a street team. Either way, the point of your team is to build a group of devoted fans who will read, review, and then help spread the word about your books with every person they come in contact. This team is different from your regular subscribers in the sense that they are receiving free Advanced Reader Copies (ARC’s) before your book’s release date in order to post reviews and share their love of your crafty story-weaving with everyone they know.
