Introduction
Ever wondered how lost in this world some of us are? In this book, I will explain my life experiences with dealing with this sickness since the age of 13. It is a really hard thing to deal with, and people who are depressed do not choose to be depressed, it is what they feel and some do not know how to calm themselves down; only by damaging themselves, and I am one of them.
An ''extremist'' in depression is one who is suicidal, and this too is not just a I feel like feeling like this today
feeling, it is something that gets out of control. When major problems occur to an individual who is suicidal, they directly try to think of ways to get out of it by vanishing from this world. It is a disgusting thought, but we cannot help it, because that’s what we feel.
How Depressed People Feel
We believe life is real, and we take things seriously more than it should`ve taken, which makes us end up being lost in our own bubble space thinking of ways to finish our lives. This is a forbidden thing to do in all religions, but we do not think of that during our grievous time, we just think of ways to end our sorrowful life. People who have such feelings usually take medication such as weed, which keeps them happy and relaxed, lost in their own zone. Others…. Just keep it a secret, and I was one of them, until I decided to write this book.
