No other Major League team has played that long with the same name and in the same city."So, it's about time someone has written a new book about the storied Philadelphia Phillies, the team with "the most loyal - and loudest - (fans) in baseball."Philadelphia Phillies captures the history of the team and the essence of the game, and while it obviously contains information about current players, the writing is broad enough to keep this book on the shelves for years to come.
