Michael K Sahota
Michael K Sahota and Audree Tara Sahota train and coach worldwide on conscious leadership, organizational design and organizational training. They use Conscious Leadership to help leaders model the behaviours that drive high performance. Their plan to save the world is ambitious, yet simple. When there is a shift in consciousness of the leader, this shifts the entire organization. Imagine an organization filled with engaged and motivated people. This positively impacts not only the workers and the quality of the products they deliver, but also the families and the communities the people live in. The ripple effect continues to the partners the company works with and the customers that use their products. So organization by organization, the world will shift to a better place. It starts with the leaders. Although they come from radically different backgrounds, Michael and Audree’s common vision for shifting the consciousness of the planet is the common goal that unites them. Together their tools empower others to facilitate their own healing process. They have both studied extensively at Oneness University in India, where they met and fell in love, and were married.

Word From The Editor
Growing up I almost always felt disconnected from the people around me and absent from the world. In truth, I could not fully relate to anyone at all. I was constantly wishing something to be different. There were some of what I would call happy
moments, and some instances where I felt truly alive and awake, but those were rare and few and far in between.
In every essence of my being I believed I was living in a waking nightmare. As a young adult I was diagnosed with epilepsy and anxiety and was prescribed medication. My world became more and more closed off. I found a sense of aliveness in reading, where I was able to travel into as many worlds as I wanted to, without any limits. But my relationships with others were loose and fleeting, and I still felt disconnected and separated inside. I became closed and terrified of speaking my mind. I was so unhappy I did not even realize I was unhappy.
With numerous, incremental daily changes in lifestyle, the epilepsy and anxiety would eventually and completely cure. I was able to get off medication due to my mindset and meditation practice. I began applying more mindset and healing principles on myself. I buried myself in more books.

Some of these tools I still incorporate in various areas of my life. From a very early age I tested what seemed like everything I could get a hold of on myself in order to grow and improve. And although all of these options are relevant and effective in their own way, none of these strategies seemed to offer a lasting
