    Pumpkin Pie

    Ingredients

    One sugar pumpkin

    One recipe pastry for a nine-inch single crust pie

    Two eggs

    One cup packed light brown sugar

    One tablespoon all-purpose flour

    A half teaspoon salt

    Two and a half teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

    One (twelve fluid ounce) can evaporated milk

    Directions

    At first, you must cut pumpkin and add into oiled cookie sheet. Turn on the heat to three hundred and twenty-five degrees F one hundred and sixty-five C. Cook pumpkin nearly forty minutes until tender. Then a little cool and puree in the blender.

    Secondly, take a large pot and beat eggs. Then combine salt, pumpkin pie spice brown sugar. Evaporated milk and two cups pumpkin puree and well stir until all ingredients mixed.

    Fill mixture into shell and cook ten minutes over four hundred and fifty degrees and F two hundred and thirty C. Reduce the oven to three hundred and fifty degrees and continue cooking the mixture about fifty minutes until well cooked. Before the pie cooked, you must remove from foil and then freeze it all night. Bon Appétit. Enjoy your days.
