About this ebook

Rosalie has sought out the gryphons for years, knowing where her rightful place in the world is. She may be turned away, her dreams shattered - and yet she still has to try, even though it may all go wrong, so very terribly wrong.

But fate may be on her side as she surrenders her body and soul to them, trembling before their very king as she hopes against hope that they will take and transform her as one of their own...

But they were not creatures of what but of the air above, spreading their wings to pummel what had no form to a shape of their liking, allowing the thermals to lift them up and up and up, dancing with the spirits of their ancestors in the wild, wild winds of the heavens.

And she had gone to them willingly, stripping down as the guard bid before entering their colony at the only point that they gathered on land, annually, for the great breeding ceremony. They knew what the gryphons craved the most from humans, although the treaties that had been put into place over centuries of peace forbade them, like a human taking it from another human, from claiming it forcibly. It was just as well too for it had driven their flocks to greater heights of intelligence and knowledge, becoming even
