The fourth section has the weight loss meal plan for vegetarian people.
The last section has the easiest recipes of shakes for losing weight within 4 week.

Introduction
Within four weeks you can reasonably lose your weight up to 8 to 10 pounds without any workout if you follow a strict diet plan. For losing 1lb is equal to lose 3500 calories. If you have a target to lose two ponds within two weeks, you have to burn almost 1000 calories each day.
However, if you do not have much time for exercise, workout or walk daily, then at least make yourself addict to a proper diet plan for a month or for few weeks. Losing your weight without any workout is a tough task; however it isn’t impossible as well.
If you just follow one meal plan and make a schedule to eat on time then surely you can easily burn calories without running on a treadmill.
The first step is to set a goal, a weight goal is best to start your meal plan. Setting your goal will surely give you a track that you have to follow for four weeks.
After each week, you should measure your weight, just to confirm whether the diet plan you followed is progressive or not. Taking measurements is an effective step to check your progress. Weighing yourself after a week does not take much time. If you are following a right diet plan then after a week, you should lose at least 1 or 2 pounds.
