DIVORCE
Divorce changes everything!
Your entire life and the way that you go about living it, changes. It is one of the most radical changes a human can experience but it can be survived. This is the story of such an experience! Read about the heartache and if you are on the way to divorce, take note of the destruction that takes place and carefully consider your path.
"To love is the most important thing in life. But what do we mean by love? When you love someone because that person loves you in return, surely that is not love. To love is to have that extraordinary feeling of affection without asking anything in return. You may be very clever, you may pass all your examinations, get a doctorate and achieve a high position, but if you have not this sensitivity, this feeling of simple love, your heart will be empty and you will be miserable for the rest of your life."
J Krishnamurti
Introduction
Thank you, first of all so much for purchasing this book! This is my first attempt at fulfilling a life-long dream. I want to write and convey a truthful picture, from my point of view, but I also want to help you, if I can. There are many people out there that are hanging on by a thread and I ought to know… I was one of them. There is always hope and never a need for tragedy because we don’t know what tomorrow holds. With the right mental attitude and some loving guidance, the worst tragedies can be overcome. Visualize all that you read here because it is real… it really happened and I tried to use words to paint a picture of what transpired. Get into it and feel it and rejoice because we are so resilient when we make up our minds to be! Your circumstances may be slightly different but we all feel from the same place.
In general I would like to dedicate this to the vast amounts of people out there that are suffering, whether they believe that it was their fault or not! My experience with others that have been physically and mentally abused by a life partner taught me that it is all too easy to shut down and to ridicule the presence or meaning of love!
Please don’t give up… to live a full and happy life we need to make use of all the emotional content that we were blessed with at birth.
In particular I would like to dedicate this to my ex-wife, my son and daughter… things may have gone horribly wrong but you
