Have you ever stood beside a pond that is completely glassy? Not a breath of wind to send ripples across its surface. The pond is perfect for skipping stones. You bend down, pick up a stone and toss it into the still water. As the stone sinks below the surface it creates a circular wave rushing in all directions, meeting the shore and bouncing back in smaller, more compact waves.

Do you realize your thoughts and words are just like throwing a stone into a glassy pond? If your thoughts and words are consistently negative you’re throwing stones of negativity into the still waters of the Universe.
