About this ebook
As a foreigner who crisscrossed Africa and Europe to arrive on the shores of New York in 2005, I could see the cold fangs of Europes post-modern-day secularism clashing with the fires of revival from Africa in Americas streets.
America, a nation that sent out more missionaries than the rest of the world, is now an unreached nation. The Bible says in Luke 12:48 that whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more. America has been given much by God, in terms of money, men, and materials, and much is required of her in the last days harvest.
This book challenges the American church to return to her roots and cultivate again her true foundations of evangelism, discipleship, and following Jesus to the ends of the earth.

Foreword
The American church is in a struggle for its life. All the statistics point to a church in decline and void of spiritual power. If you were to remove the influence of vibrant churches from the heart of American culture, it would lead to the implosion of that culture. However, I believe that God has not forgotten the seed of the Gospel that the American church has planted in the nations of the world. I believe that very soon a mighty harvest will come to America. Could it be that the seed we planted through missionary endeavors is the only hope for revival in the future?
Dr. Momah is an example of the nations returning a harvest to America from missionary seed. Born in Nigeria, Africa, Dr. Momah has now been sent to America by God to stir the heart of His people to revival.
In this powerful book Dr. Momah addresses the unfruitfulness of the church and its impact upon cultures and generations. He outlines the state of the modern church, exposing the desperate condition it is in. Showing the urgent need for renewal and revival, Dr. Momah’s insight on how to become a vibrant, productive church is priceless.
I have had the wonderful privilege of serving as Dr. Momah’s Pastor. He is a man of great integrity and revelation knowledge. His walk with the Lord is a deep and balanced walk. God is using the body of Christ in him to stir people to believe for a greater manifestation of God’s presence. As a medical doctor, Dr. Momah uses his influence and knowledge of the spiritual realm and the Word of God to bring healing and deliverance to thousands. It is with great humility and honor that I recommend this book to hungry readers desiring the manifestation of God’s glory in the earth.

Preface
In my seventh year in the United States, God showed me the state of the American church. It was in decline with modern day agnostics and radical fundamentalist Islam on the rise. He laid it down to me as the five F.A.C.T.S. of fruitlessness.
When I looked at the statistics, they were galling. They illustrated how rapidly the American church had fallen short of her foundations. As a foreigner who traveled across Africa and Europe to reach the shores of New York in 2005, I could see the iciness of Europe’s contemporary secularism clashing with the fires of revival from Africa in America’s streets.
America, a nation that has historically sent out more missionaries than the rest of the world, is now itself an unreached nation. The Bible says in Luke 12:48 that whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.
America has been given much by God, in terms of money, people, and resources, and much is required of her in the last day’s harvest.
This book challenges the American church to return to its roots and cultivate again its true foundation of evangelism and discipleship—following Jesus to the ends of the earth.
Acknowledgments
I would like to thank Mrs. Burke, an astounding eighty-four-year-old retired teacher, who went above and beyond the call of duty to help edit this book. Without her, there would be (still) multiple errors in the manuscript—and maybe no book at all.
My wife of nine years and love of my life, Rita, endured long nights and endless weekends without me while I wrote this book. She gave her full cooperation and even called me to attention when I failed to achieve deadlines or to polish my writing. She was a sounding board for a lot of material used in this book. For her love, passion, and endless search for adventure and challenges, I remain grateful.
My pastor, Shane Warren, captured this book’s essence in his sermons and gave me a future filled with expectancy. He showed me the power of relationships and stirred our church to see ourselves as valuable assets and not just church folk!
My family, including my Dad and Mom, Dr. Sam and Mrs. Momah, my brothers and sisters including Emeka, Nkem, Ada, Amaka, and their respective spouses and children, stood shoulder to shoulder with me while writing this book. They never failed to support me anytime I needed it (which was often), and for that I am eternally grateful.
Finally, I would like to acknowledge my publishers West Bow Press for their awe-inspiring work and dedication. My prayer is that God bless all involved in this project, and as they made it happen for
