About this ebook

Loves Unyielding Quest is a story of the King who has everything and made everything for Himself but discovered that He had a need. He needed a family. So He made a plan and followed through, even though it was a very painful one. He was in love with someone who chose to love another, and as time passed, he found himself constantly pursuing and pleading for understanding.

One of His creations thought His love was His weakness and planned to usurp Him, but he found out too late that there can be no other King but the One and Only True King. And the King finally found a way to fully express His love.

Abasiama James

Having read the Bible through from Genesis to Revelation, I had a strong impression that I had just read the greatest love story ever told. It was a consciousness that would not leave, and I had a push to write about God's love. It has been written over a period of four years, and I want to share what I have written with the world. “Loved” is a personal story included in this book that shares my acceptance and experience of that great love from the world's greatest lover. I live in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. I studied French at the University of Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria. I love writing and my write-ups can be found on my blog: http://abasiamaette.blogspot.com/

To my parents, Elder and Deaconess N. I. Ette

What is it about this work of creation that holds other creation in captive awe?

From the moment this mortal was made, the immortals have been thrown into an unending battle of control.

    Choice—

the ability to choose is this mortal’s greatest asset, and yet it is a very fatal asset that can destroy him.

While the immortals engage in this unending war, man must choose.

    Good.

    Evil.

But Love never fails, and as far as He can see, He’s already won.

    Which side are you on?

    The Risk,

        the Rebellion,

    the Choice

Love … does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking.

    1 Corinthians 13:5b (Amplified Bible)

H e sat on His throne

    and looked about Him

    as angels scurried and hurried,

    His will to fulfill.

    He was unceasingly

    exalted,

    adored,

    worshipped.

    All-powerful,

    all-knowing,

    all-sufficient.

    self-existing,

    immortal,

    Supreme Being.

    In all His glory,

    in all His majesty,

    the Almighty Being

    had a need.

    He had a need!

    The all-sufficient Being

    had a need.

    Was He bored?

    Was He restless?

Did the angels notice Him pondering?

Did they try harder their Master to please?

    Was the praise louder?

    Was it quiet?

Did they wonder about His Majesty’s faraway look?

As His mind worked out a formidable plan,

    did He call for silence?

Did He retire to a quiet place?

Did He write out His plan on a scroll?

    Did He scream, Quiet?

Did He call for a recess?

    Did He peep into time?

    Did it cause
