Ajiah Jones
Ajiah Jones is a writer, poet and innovative thinker. Her first book, 7:45 By the Window, was created as a result of comprising poems from earlier years to create a timeless collection of poems. Her first poem was published at age seven in the local newspaper and from there her work has been published in magazine articles and books. She has preformed on stage with and opened for Grammy Award wining artists. Ajiah has won numerous awards and recognitions for her accomplished work. Growing up on Long Island in New York as well as her international travels has inspired her greatly contributing to every facet of writing. Through studying anthropology, sociology, and education, she uses her writing to convey ideas and topics to promote social change.
