Ted & Jillian (aka Jake)'s uncles co-owned a ranch. Upon their deaths, Ted & Jillian learned that their wills stated they would have to marry have each other in order to inherit the ranch or it would be sold. Ted, ok with the idea, starts to woo a reluctant "Jake" but she has some emotional problems she has to deal with first. Blah, blah, blah...boring.I use to love Diana Palmer's books but lately they seem to all be consistently bad. It was boring, the dialogue between the two main character is unrealistic (for lack of better word) & the whole book just did nothing for me.Definitely would not recommend this book (nor any of her more recent works.)
