      Billie nervously paced the whiskey scented bedroom while she dialed her roommate. Twenty five hours ago a potion had kindled her innate magical talents. The process had been wild, liberating, sexy, and had resulted in not just a blossoming of powers, but a new romance.

      The magic had also been exhausting and distracting, all thoughts of outside responsibilities had flown the coop while she had enthusiastically burned through her energy reserves.

      For about twelve of those magically enhanced and passionate hours, her roommate had been texting and calling her.

      How could she even begin to explain her absence? 'Sorry I didn't call, I was busy fucking a bus full of hot men and falling in love with a voyeuristic sex warlock? Oh and, he has two hot roommates who are also magical.' That was both honest and highly unbelievable. Might as well toss in that her new beau, Gwaine, was going to teach her how to be a powerful sex witch. Wouldn't that just be the unlikely cherry on the top?

      Rubbing a hand through her wavy blond hair, she made the call to her roommate and best friend.
