    1 cup mixed dried fruits

    ¼ cup flax seeds

    ¼ cup chia seeds

    ¼ cup pumpkin seeds

    ¼ cup sunflower seeds

    ¼ cup roasted almonds

    ¼ walnuts

    3 cups oats

    ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

    ½ teaspoon cinnamon

    ½ cup honey

    Directions

    Veggies with Smoky Chicken

    Ingredients

    One large chicken, cleaned

    Four large sweet potatoes, peeled and halved

    Two medium sized onions, sliced

    One teaspoon jalapeno

    ½ teaspoon black pepper

    ½ teaspoon cilantro

    ½ teaspoon paprika

    One teaspoon apple cider vinegar

    1 cup carrots, diced

    1 cup green peas

    1 cup zucchini, diced

    Three cloves garlic, crushed

    One large tomato, sliced

    Two tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

    One teaspoon paprika

    Directions

    Spicy Tomato Pork Roast

    2 kg bone-in pork shoulder

    Three large tomatoes, pureed

    One teaspoon oregano

    One teaspoon ginger

    Two cloves garlic, minced

    One teaspoon black pepper

    ½ teaspoon thyme

    One large onion, minced

    ½ teaspoon curry

    Six tablespoons honey

    Heavenly Pork Chops

    Ingredients

    Six lean loin chops

    Two teaspoons butter

    ½ teaspoon chili

    ½ teaspoon ginger
