Chapter 1 ANGER CONTROL
What happens when you are angry?? You breathe very fast & unable to control your breath. Due to which you are unable to control anger & other emotions. So you need to learn breath control. If you learn breath control, then you can control anger as well as other negative emotions.
If you learn SUDARSHAN KRIYA, you can control anger. It is being taught in basic course of ‘ART OF LIVING" By SRI SRI RAVISHANKAR. It is very beautiful technique of breath control. If you learn to control breath, then you can control anger or any other emotions. Its effect goes to cellular level up to your DNA.

In short SUDARSHAN KRIYA technique is as below.
Sit in relaxed position. You can do Gyan Mundra with both hands. Close your eyes & start breathing as below.
Take 20 deep breaths- immediately take 40 normal breaths- immediately take very fast breaths 40 times.
Do nonstop 3 rounds of breathing like this.
With regular practice, of this technique you will get complete control over breath. If breath is in control, then anger or any other emotions will be under control.

Chapter 2 ART OF MIND CONTROL
If you looking for iconic & powerful growth, then you must learn this subject. Mind can take you anywhere, if you learn to control your mind. Placebo effect, even doctors also use this to cure you and get fast recovery from illness. The peoples who created history, is because of their mind, mind is so powerful. Speed of the mind is highest than anything, it also faster than sound and electricity. Mind can travel very fast from Mumbai to Mosco, New Delhi to New York, it is fastest among all.
Your mind is always programmed, until you program a new program.
If want to control & regulate your mind, you have to learn to engage your mind. If you have a clear well defined goal statement and you engage your mind then sub conscious mind absorbs these thoughts. We have already learned from our previous blogs that, if any thought reaches your sub conscious mind, then these thought motivates you to do necessary actions, & you achieve your desired goals. So always engage your mind with positive thoughts. Your psychological & neurological systems works as per program (Thoughts) stored in your subconscious mind.
There are two types of thinking patterns
Structured pattern
Accidental patterns.
Following are major differences in these two patterns.
