Lot has been in Sodom for many years now. Everything seemed to be moving well. Business was without interruption amidst the grave sin of the people and the outcry that went up to God on a daily basis. Lot was comfortably married to a Sodomite beautiful lady, and their union was blessed  with two daughters who until then were virgin. Preface

We live in a very critical and tragic era of human history. We don't understand where this world is heading to. One is often tempted to say another Sodom and Gomorrah is here, and perhaps even worst. No wonder Jesus-Christ called this present age, this adulterous and sinful generation.  Paul the Apostle calls it a crooked and perverse generation.  It is doubtless the return of Sodom & Gomorrah.

It seems to me that we are getting closer and nearer to Sodom and Gomorrah as we move on every day. I am tempted to say that Sodom & Gomorrah is back. Terrible things are happening all around us day by day, and no part of the world is exempted.  Killings, human trafficking and all sorts of crimes, men becoming very heartless and godless.

A man just took his wife out for shopping, and while the wife left him in the car to enter a supermarket, he got curious and just a nearby shop to see what he get pick, but never returned. The wife returned and met an empty car, followed into the shop, but the shop owner said he never saw such a man. She reported to the police, a search was carried out in the shop. They met four hefty men under ground with traces of blood, they followed it to a deep freezer where the man had already been stored in pieces like cow meat; the poor woman feinted as she identified her husband in the freezer. The police officers discovered three other men in pieces already frozen in the same freezer. Where is the world going? Where is love for our fellow?

Some are already undergoing gender change, just like telling God that He was foolish enough to make the wrong sex, or that there's no God, thus there are the product of nature, an accidental or coincidental fruit of an act between their father and mother. I sometimes wonder whether we really still in a human society or whether  everyone walking our streets and sitting in our offices is still a human being.

Many countries have been openly legalizing homosexuality and same sex marriage. Truly, as a beloved Minister of God said, if God should spare some of our nations and the homosexuals and lesbians of this world, then, He will have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah, then (and I add) raise back their inhabitants.

Wars within countries and between nations, terrorism, terrors, tensions and uprising everywhere.

Is it not the fulfillment of Jesus-Christ foretold us?

"And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another" (Mat 24: 6-10).

To this, He added that iniquity (sin, wickedness, lawlessness...) shall abound (increase, proliferate, multiply), and so quench the love of many people (Matthew 24: 12). Everything is happening as He foretold it.

Apostle Paul speaking to Timothy said, "This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away (2 Timothy 3: 15). How did he know what will be happening centuries after his departure. Surely God is alive and He reveals deep secrets of future events.

All the happenings around us are pointing to the return of Christ. It is very near at hand. The church will very shortly be rapture, before the antichrist finally takes over the world and turns it an animal society, and this will about the pending wrath of God on all mankind. Shortly after Lot was taken out of Sodom by the angel, we are told that fire care out of Heaven from the Lord and ruined down Sodom and Gomorrah, and every living thing was extinguished. Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven; And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.

Only those who left Sodom escaped for their dear lives. The same will happen to this world after the exit of the Church as Christ returns and takes up His redeemed to be with Him in His millennial reign. His coming is surely very close at hand, yet if He tarries what are we to do? How shall we escape?

The angels told Lot, and the same applies to us in this Sodom-like generation; And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed, Genesis 19: 17.

How do I escape? Where or what are these mountains? What if my village or city has no mountain?

Part I

End Time Prophecies

Scriptures point to the fact that the last, are similar to Lot's days in Sodom; and we are doubtless in the last days;

Gen 13: 12-13  Abram dwelled in the land of Canaan, and Lot dwelled in the cities of the plain, and pitched his tent toward Sodom. But the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners before the LORD exceedingly.

Gen 18: 20-22  And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous;  I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know. And the men turned their faces from thence, and went toward Sodom: but Abraham stood yet before the LORD.

Gen 19: 12-13  And the men said unto Lot, Hast thou here any besides? son in law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of this place: For we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the LORD; and the LORD hath sent us to destroy it.

Mat 24: 30-31  And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

Luk 17: 26-30  And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that

Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

2 Thes 1: 7-9  And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

Chapter 1

The Land of Sodom

Let's look at some key bible passages. When we talk of escape we must understand what we are talking about in order to duly appreciate the issue at hand. What or where are we escaping from? And where are escaping to? And how are to escape?

It is highly important to know why we are escaping, what we are escaping from and where we're escaping to, so that you don't run from the stream to the ocean in search of safety. Early in the morning after Christ had resurrected and left the grave, a group of serious-minded woman came in search of Him, and the angels asked them a very pathetic question; Why do you seek the living among the dead?. You may as well be very sincere and serious, yet escaping from life to death. So let's consider the society
