    Ingredients:

    4 cups apple juice

    4 cups cranberry juice, low sugar

    6 whole cloves

    2 cinnamon stick

    ½ teaspoon allspice

    ¼ cup brown sugar (optional)

    1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

    1 tea bag, cinnamon-flavored

    Instructions:

    1. Combine all ingredients in a medium pot over medium -heat.

    2. let steep for at least 30 minutes or longer. Remove the tea bag.

    3. Serve hot in a mug.

    High-Energy French toast

    Do all your preparations the night before and bake in the morning. You will have a high-energy breakfast to enjoy.

    -Servings: 8

    -Preparation time: 5 minutes

    -Ingredients:

    1 pound low sodium fresh French bread loaf, cut into 16 slices

    8 ounces cream cheese, melted at room temperature

    8 tablespoons jelly, any flavor of choice

    6 eggs, large

    1 cup milk, 10/0 low fat

    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

    Instructions:

    1. Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese on each slice of bread. Spread a tablespoon of jelly atop of each slice.

    2. Make 8 sandwiches with slices of bread.

    3. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with a nonstick cooking spray. Place the sandwiches in the dish.

    4. Beat the eggs and then whisk with milk and vanilla extract. Pour egg mixture over the bread slices and turn to coat both sides evenly. Place lid on and refrigerate overnight.

    5. Preheat oven to 3500F.

    6. Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 60 minutes. 5 minutes to the end of time, remove foil to brown the top.

    Serve with a drizzle of syrup on each toast and garnished with fresh fruits and whipped cream.

    Hot Cider

    A delicious and healthy cider with an aroma no one can resist.

    -Yield: 8

    -Servings: 8 ounces (1 cup)

    -Preparation time: 5 minutes

    Ingredients:

    4 cups apple cider, pasteurized

    2 cups diet juice drink, cranberry

    2 cups Diet 7up

    ½ teaspoon nutmeg

    ½ teaspoon crushed cloves

    ½ teaspoon cinnamon

    1 stick,cinnamon (optional)

    Instructions:

    1. Mix all ingredients in a large pot.

    2. Heat until hot but do not bring to boil.

    Serve and enjoy.

    Creamed Eggs on Toast

    This toast recipe is absolutely wonderful

    -Yield: 4

    -Serving size: 1 cup creamed eggs + 1 slice toast

    -Preparation time: 10 minutes

    -Cook time: 15 minutes   

    Ingredients:

    6 eggs, large

    3 tablespoons butter, unsalted

    1/3 cup flour, all-purpose

    1½ cups plain almond milk, unsweetened

    ½ tablespoon mustard, yellow

    1 teaspoon dry dill

    2 garlic cloves, minced

    4 ounces cream cheese

    4 thick slices white bread, low sodium

    Instructions:

    1. Hard boil the eggs for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and drain. Pour cool water over eggs to cover them. Peel and chop eggs. Set aside.

    2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine butter and flour and stir constantly until well mixed.

    3. Add almond milk, mustard,
