About this ebook
When the rain falls, death's bell tolls
Marcel and Louise are two estranged lovers who are meeting again in their small hometown of Barro after going off on their separate musical tours. As they try to put the past behind them, a strange kind of rain falls on them that melts certain people, attracts demons, and cuts off the town from the rest of the world. What is the cause of this rain and does it have to do with the town in any way?

Chapter 1 – Rain Showers, Death Devours

Marcel is none of these things. Right now, he’s just come home after another month-long musical tour and is eating breakfast at the town’s diner.
Hey, Marcel.
Hey, Fitz. It’s good to see you again.
How’s the famous musician doing? Did you pick up any girls or rather, have you left any?
Don’t be ridiculous. No, I haven’t.

She is?! I mean, she is?
"She’s back from her tour like you are,
